I’ve seen DS9 so many times throughout the years lol and thought I’d start all over again, I’m on Season 3 Episode 23 – Family Business

As no Gyms are open I’ll have to just make do with what I got 👍






Day off cardio yesterday and back at it today, being honest I couldn’t wait 😂 but it was a well needed day off 👍

I’ve had this over 4yrs it’s awesome and it’s nice to change from the bike sometimes (bike photo tomorrow), I may use this throughout the day if I feel like jumping on for a bit of afternoon cardio. Lol

I get a great price £ for my Chicken from my local butcher and I used to work for the company too 👍😂
This would last me nearly 2weeks and tomorrow I go shopping to pick up my Fish, Rice, Sweet Potatoes, Greens and other bits and bobs lol

Yet another great weigh in this morning with Coach Neil Hill and we are well happy with progress and hitting them goals 👍
It’s a rest day from Cardio today, I need the day off 😂 back at it tomorrow morning 👍
I’d like to apologise for no posts been published, I have been auto posting and they’ve been going to draft instead of publish. I just came on to manually add this post “Weigh In” and noticed they all in draft 🤔 However all sorted now 👍😁

Well lovely morning in South Wales, Pontardawe area, it’s my kind of weather lovely and cool breezy morning to start off the day.

This evening I’m trying out a new Cardio TV show to watch, it was ok I suppose.

I went out for a walk instead get some fresh air and this is my view and just across the road to where I live, South Wales is a Beautiful Country. Out for about an hour.

Well sunday morning Cardio done and only 30mins as I have increased the tension on the bike and I’ve added in a 1min sprint every 10mins 🤯 lol

Burnt Calories are so wrong with Samsung Fitness App lol it was around 160-170


Evening Cardio again lol

I like to pick some of my favourite shows from dplay to watch while doing Cardio and it’s got to be at least 40mins lol

Bit of Cardio this evening just before meal 6 which is my last meal of today, 6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs with kale.
